Welcome to matrimony.bizz.my, Matrimonial Service Provider. In order to use the matrimony.bizz.my Site, you must register as a member of the Site and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

To become a member and use the services offered by matrimony.bizz.my, you need to abide by these terms of use. matrimony.bizz.my may, at its discretion, modify this agreement from time to time, with notice provided to the user.

Kindly inform our support team to remove your profile if you have found your bride or groom within the stipulated time.

matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to delete your profile immediately if you change the details or input new profile information on your account.

matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to delete your profile immediately if our team discovers that you have been married or engaged.

matrimony.bizz.my has the right to suspend your profile without prior notice.

matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to edit or delete your photo if it’s not valid, clear, or related to your profile.

matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.

matrimony.bizz.my has the right to delete your profile immediately if our team finds out that you or any user have been involved in a marriage bureau or marriage brokerage.

matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to delete your profile immediately if our team finds out that you have been engaged in advertising or soliciting other members to buy or sell any products or services through the matrimony.bizz.my site.

Please take note that your profile will automatically be suspended if there is 1 (one) report against your profile. You will not be able to renew or resume your profile as it will be considered blacklisted. There is no refund policy in this case either.

Refund Policy

matrimony.bizz.my will NOT refund any payment to any member for any reason whatsoever EXCEPT in the case of an error on matrimony.bizz.my’s part.

Your membership will automatically be suspended if you send abusive, obscene, or sexually-oriented messages to other members.

If we find duplicate profiles, we reserve the right to suspend any of the profiles or all of them.

Profile Photo Guidelines and Conditions

You are required to add bride/groom photo(s) in the profile you create. If you feel uncomfortable, you may blur the photo up to 50%. Your photo can be removed by the admin team if your profile image doesn’t include your likeness or a headshot photo. Some examples of photos that shouldn’t be used are company logos, landscapes, animals, words, phrases, etc. If we remove your photo, you can upload a different one of yourself to remedy this situation.

If your profile lacks a photo, you will not be able to activate your profile again.

Profile Approval Terms

All photos must comply with our Terms and Conditions.
The information and materials you enter in your profile must be, to the best of your knowledge, correct and truthful, including your profile photo and details.
You may not include third-party information (such as details about a client you have worked with) without their prior approval.
You will not include inappropriate materials such as pornography, extremist content, offensive content, or anything related to weaponry and terrorism.
In extreme cases (such as posting extremely offensive, sensitive, or inappropriate materials), your account may face immediate suspension without prior notice.
You are solely liable for any information, content, and materials that you include in your profile, and matrimony.bizz.my bears no liability for the information and contents you have entered.
Validity Period

This agreement is valid as long as you are a member or use the services offered by matrimony.bizz.my. matrimony.bizz.my may deny or terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason with an email notice to you. You may also discontinue or terminate your membership at any time for any reason by informing matrimony.bizz.my. If your membership is terminated for a breach of this agreement, you will not be entitled to a refund for the subscription or membership charges paid.

Eligibility

To register as a member of matrimony.bizz.my and avail of matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of or above the marriageable age, based on the laws of the country in which the individual resides.

Content Posted on the Site

You understand and agree that matrimony.bizz.my may delete any content, messages, photos, or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that, in the sole judgment of matrimony.bizz.my, violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other matrimony.bizz.my members.

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish, display, or post on matrimony.bizz.my or transmit to other members. matrimony.bizz.my reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the site. If you fail to produce supporting evidence, matrimony.bizz.my may terminate your membership without a refund.

By posting content to any public area of matrimony.bizz.my, you grant matrimony.bizz.my and other members an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other matrimony.bizz.my members. You agree that your interactions with other members are at your sole discretion and responsibility. matrimony.bizz.my shall not be responsible for confirming the veracity of any content posted by other members.

Privacy

matrimony.bizz.my will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation, or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, matrimony.bizz.my may provide any information required to law enforcement authorities for any wrongful usage. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless matrimony.bizz.my, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns from any liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of claims based on the use of your account or any contravention of the terms and conditions herein.

Disclaimer Policy

matrimony.bizz.my is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the matrimony.bizz.my Service, whether caused by users, members, or equipment associated with the service. Under no circumstances will matrimony.bizz.my be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the site or service, or any content posted on the site.

The exchange of matrimonial profiles through or by matrimony.bizz.my should not be construed as any matrimonial offer or recommendation from matrimony.bizz.my.

Miscellaneous

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered members of this site may receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site.

By registering on matrimony.bizz.my, you agree that you have read and will abide by these Terms of Use/Agreement.
